How to enable JavaScript in my Browser?

Checking your web-browser for JavaScript support:


Mozilla Firefox / Iceweasel
  1. Select 'Tools' from the top menu
  2. Choose 'Options'
  3. Click on the 'Content' tab
  4. Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript'
  5. Click 'OK'

Note: In case you have the NoScript extension installed, please allow 'mulder.dummwiedeutsch.de' to use JavaScript!
SeaMonkey / Mozilla Suite / Iceape
  1. Select 'Edit' from the top menu
  2. Choose 'Preferences'
  3. Click on the '+' icon next to 'Advanced'
  4. Choose 'Scripts & Plugins' from the list
  5. Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript for' and 'Browser'
  6. Click 'OK'

Chrome / Chromium
  1. Chrome doesn't have an option to turn JavaScript on/off
  2. However you may be running Chrome with the '-disable-javascript' commandline switch
  3. Remove that switch from the commandline and problem is solved
